4. Purchasing products on the website
We will make every effort to dispatch your materials within five working days (subject to availability). We do not send materials for preview.
However, we are happy to refund your payment in full if the materials do not meet with your requirements. Simply return them within 21 days of receipt, together with our invoice. Please return items by recorded delivery and use the original or comparable packaging so that they arrive back with us in good condition. No responsibility will be accepted for goods lost in the post that have not been returned by recorded delivery.
We regret that we cannot return video, audio or electronic format resources (such as pdf documents).

Cancellation
Terms and conditions
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Terms are strictly 30 days net.
- Items that remain undelivered must be reported within 28 days of order or liability may not be accepted.
- Pavilion must be notified of faulty or damaged items on receipt of delivery.
- Ownership of goods remains with Pavilion until the amount due is paid in full.
- Payment must be taken in full on PDF products prior to despatch.

Previews and refunds
We consider our publications to be of a high standard and therefore do not send materials for preview. However, we are happy to refund your payment in full if the materials do not meet with your requirements. Simply return them within 21 days of receipt.

5. Purchasing products on the website
Digital issues
We provide a “digital” subscription as an option for many of our magazines.
Access to this is provided via a third party supplier. The account you create is a personal account which holds details of your digital subscriptions. In your account you can have several subscriptions to any of the publications which are hosted by PageSuite.
The account works through a username and password system; the username is usually your email address which you specified when you purchase your subscription.
The subscription period will be specified at the time of purchase, and you will have access to all the editions in the publication archive until the subscription expires. This includes new editions and all the past issues that are available through your digital access.
Once your subscription expires or lapses, you will no longer have access to the digital editions.
Website subscriptions
We provide a “website” subscription as an option for some of our websites.
We provide access to this through a username and password system; the password is usually your email address which you specified when you purchase the subscription.
The subscription period will be specified at the time of purchase, and you will have access to the content as covered by the subscription you have chosen. In some cases, this will include access to an archive of content.
This access will last as long as the subscription period continues.
Once your subscription expires or lapses, you will no longer have access to the content.
VAT
Prices are displayed including VAT at the rate applicable in the consumer's member state, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

All links from this website are selected using our links policy. Links are provided for information and convenience only. We cannot accept
responsibility for the websites linked to, or the information found there. A link does not imply an endorsement of a website; likewise, not linking to a particular website does not imply lack of endorsement.
